"Who Counts?" is funded by the Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE), under the U.S. Department of Education.

The purpose of "Who Counts?" is to educate students across all disciplines to retain a level of computational literacy necessary to assume the rights and responsibilities of educated global leaders.
